KL Rahul also mentioned that no athlete intentionally underperforms as everyone works hard. It is unfortunate that sometimes the results do not go according to plan. He said, 'None of us wants to perform badly. this is our life. We do all this.
Rahul, who was ruled out of the ICC World Test Championship final due to injury, further said, 'I don't know anything other than cricket. That's all I do. Why would anyone think that I am not serious about my game or that I am not working hard enough? Unfortunately there is no connection between the games. Like I said you can work hard, like I work hard but many times the result did not come in my favor.
