What is Agnipath Scheme? Agneepath yojana kya hai ?

Recently, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and the Chiefs of the Three Armies of India announced a new scheme for youth who wish to join the Three Armies of India called 'Agnipath Scheme' This is the first such scheme in India. Nowadays, it is difficult to predict when and why wars occur. Recent examples include the Russia-Ukraine war, the Israeli-Palestinian war, and the Afghanistan-Taliban. In many countries, it is compulsory for at least one member of every household to join the army. In some countries, most citizens are trained in the army so that these trainees can be used in case of shortage of active troops in times of crisis in the country. Those who join the three armies under this scheme will have a service age of four years. Six months of training and four and a half years of active duty. Then about 25% of these soldiers will be regularized and the remaining 75% will be retired with a large sum of money under a 'Seva Nidhi' scheme.

Who can be this 'Agniveer'!

The Eligibility criteria for AAgniveer-

  • Candidates should be between 17.5 years and 21 years of age to become 'Agnibir'
  • Eligibility will be determined from a minimum of matriculation. Maybe you can even take a high school pass. That will become clear when the advertisement comes out.
  • The candidate must have the physical, mental and health requirements for enlistment in the army. For example, height, weight, all body parts are healthy and good, running or passing a physical examination.

What is the salary of the fire heroes and what will be their benefits after retirement!

The first year salary of the 'Agnibirs' will be Rs. 30,000 per month. Of this, he will get Rs 21,000 per month and Rs 9,000 will go to the 'Seva Nidhi' scheme. He will receive Rs 252,000 in cash in a year.

Second year salary will be Rs. 33,000 per month. Of this, he will get Rs 23,100 per month and Rs 9,900 will go to the Seva Nidhi scheme. He will receive Rs 277,200 in cash in a year.

The salary for the third year will be Rs. 36,500 per month. Of this, he will receive Rs 25,580 per month and Rs 10,950 will go to the Seva Nidhi scheme. He will receive Rs 306,960 in cash in a year.

Fourth year salary will be Rs. 40,000 per month. Of this, he will receive Rs 28,000 per month and Rs 12,000 will go to the 'Seva Nidhi' scheme. He will receive Rs 336,300 in cash in a year.

A total of four years, an 'Agnibir' soldier will receive Rs 11 lakh 72 thousand 160 in cash.

Now everyone is worried about whether the 30% salary cut every month in the name of 'Seva Nidhi' scheme will go to the government fund! Don't worry. It doesn't go. After 4 years, the 'Agnibir' will get the money, double and with interest. A total of Rs 502,200 will be deducted from the Seva Nidhi scheme in four years but after retirement after four years, the Agnibir soldier will receive Rs 11.71 lakh again.

Not all 'Agnibirs' of the Agnipath Scheme are retired after 4 years. 25 per cent of firefighters' jobs will become regular. They will then receive all the benefits of the army. The appointment will be made twice a year every six months under the 'Agnipath Scheme' About 50,000 'Fire Heroes' will be selected each time. This year, as it is the first, there will be 46,000 recruitments. Of these, 3,000 will go to the Navy, 3,000 to the Air Force and the remaining 40,000 to the Army.

Every 'Agniveer' will get one month leave per year. Free medical treatment, canteen facilities etc. will be provided in the army hospitals during the service.

The likelihood of damage after becoming a 'Agniveer'-

In my opinion, the current unemployment problem and the financial crisis that people are suffering from, the benefits outweigh the harms of becoming a 'fire hero' The only disadvantage is that since the admission to Agniveer is for boys between the ages of 17.5 and 21, it will disrupt regular studies if you come to become an Agniveer.

But nowadays you can study in an open university by working, even if you don't study that way. If you join at the age of 21, a boy will retire at the age of 25 and then you can continue your studies again. After retirement, your financial situation will be a little better and you will have the big money you get after retirement. Anyway, they join the army at a very young age.

The benefits of becoming a Agniveer are:

The Indian Army, the Indian Navy and the Indian Air Force are collectively referred to as the Indian Armed Forces or Military Forces. After doing such an honorable Uniform Service, he was given priority everywhere for his experience. Even the XL seat in the emergency exit of an aircraft is given to an army personnel free of charge because they believe that an army personnel will open the emergency exit door better and more professionally than an ordinary person in case of accident.

Because of his experience in that job. The army man knows everything and can do whatever he is given. The word 'can't' doesn't exist in the army. Therefore, even after retirement, the army man is given more priority if he goes for a second job. They also get points for Discipline, Manners etc. in the interview. The 'Agnibirs' will also be awarded an experience certificate after their jobs by the government. This will be useful for various jobs in the future.

Secondly, after working for only 4 years and saving Rs. 11.70 lakh after 4 years, you can start a good business yourself even if you think you will not work with that much capital. 25 years of nothing. Then if you want to study again, you can study again and find a job of your choice.

The benefit of this scheme is that many soldiers will be trained in India. India will have a backup force in case of war etc. tomorrow, God forbid.
