It earned millions of fans within its opening days and the movie is still on the hype because of the sigma community. The film portrays a young batman who is in his year 2 played by 'twilight' saga star Robert Pattinson. The movie is directed by Matt Reeves's who is well known for his movie saga on 'planet of the apes'. Robert Pattinson's in this movie as batman is portrayed as a sigma character working alone in the shadows in Gotham city. The movie showed the exact personality batman has in comic books, which is appreciated by a lot of fans. The movie also earned a lot of Oscars and other awards, the film is also currently on the list of top 10 best DC superhero movies of all time and also on the list of top 5 best Batman movies. Released on 4 March 2022, The film is directed by Matt Reeves and cinematographed by Greig Fraser. The film features Robert Pattinson as the titular caped Crusader batman, Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Paul Dano as the Riddler, Colin Farrell as Oz Cobblepot/the penguin, Jeffrey Wright as lieutanant James Gordon, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, John Turturro as Carmine Falcone, Barry Keoghan as the Joker, Gil Perez Abraham as officer Martinez, Jay Lycurgo, Peter Sarsgaard, Alex Ferns and more. The movie was originally supposed to be part of the DCEU franchise and would have featured Ben Affleck as the batman. But later Matt Reeves changed the script for the movie and decided to do something with a younger version of the batman. Two different Batmans cannot co-exist in the same universe, so Reeves created his own DC universe under the DC elseworld. The film is an action and adventure film with a runtime of 2 hours 56 minutes. The film was made in a budget of $180-200 million with about $3 million going to Robert Pattinson, $400000 going to Zoe Kravitz, $350000 going to Paul Dano, $300000 going to Jeffrey Wright, $275000 going to John Turturro, $200000 going to Andy Serkis, $175000 going to Collin Farrell, $125000 going to Barry Keoghan etc. As said by Jeffrey Wright, Matt Reeves's hardly used CGI on this movie. Further more, production designer James Chinlund revealed that Robert Pattinson was practically driving the batmobile at a speed of 100 MPH, Pattinson did some more live stunts for the film too, meaning he was highly involved in the stunt work of the film.

Success of The Batman Movie 2022
The Batman (2022) reportedly earned $771 million in the worldwide box office by earning $56,608,349 on its first day,$43,262,039 on its second day, and so on. The movie remained as the top grossing movie worldwide for 21 consecutive days. The batman (2022) is the 7th highest grossing movie of 2022, with a rating of 7.8/10 on IMDb and 85% score on Rotten tomatoes. The movie is currently ranked as the 10th best DC movie of all time, ranked as 7th best live action DC movie of all time, also ranked as the 4th best Batman Batman movie and ranked as the 3rd best live action Batman movie. The film was also nominated for 84 different awards in the Oscars and it managed to win 9, like 2 critic's choice super awards, 1 Georgia film critics association award, 2 Saturn awards, 1 Washington D.C area film critics association award etc. The movie is now even called as 'the return of Christopher Nolan's batman trilogy'.
Grounded as said it is?
Well, the director Matt Reeves has to say that film is completely grounded (practically Realistic movie). And actor Robert Pattinson has to say that he tried his best to do the batman as per comics. Is that true as they say? Let's find out.
Some people have complained that this batman kills just like Ben Affleck's batman or Christian Bale's batman, in the chase where penguin is chased by batman, batman drives very carelessly crashing a lot of cars. Means he hurted or killed innocent Gotham citizens. Although CBR.com has to say that the film didn't show any deaths during the chase scene, so cannot assume him anyone was killed, they might be injured. In Batman giant issue #1 in the story 'bad actors' we see a much experienced batman chasing criminals with reckless driving. So clearly Pattinson's batman didn't kill anyone throughout the movie, making him as accurate as to the comics.
The Batman's armour is impossible?? No, not at all. As I came to know that his armour is practically correct and that armour even exists in real life. Yes! You hear that right, Level 4 best is a type of armour which can deflect particular type of bullets (but not all). In the movie, when Batman was fired by two goons with rifles, there was no damage to his suit.... But, when Riddler's men shot his armour with shot guns and snipers we see that Batman's suit is damaged. This explains that Batman was wearing a level 4 vest which didn't damage during the rifle attack but did damage with sniper attack, as we know that level 4 vest can deflect some variety of bullets but not all.
What makes batman more comic accurate in this movie is that the batcycle shown in Batman : zero year comic is the batcycle shown in The batman (2022), Bruce Wayne has another mysterious identity except Being Batman, as shown in comics that Bruce disguises himself as a regular criminal in Gotham to collect information without being suspected, that identity of Bruce is known as Matches Malone, although this name was not in the movie. Overall, Reeves gave us the most comic accurate live action Batman.
